Opinion
Transportation of freight. On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $852.
It was further ordered that the claim against the Third Party Defendant Bernie M. Alexander is dismissed.
