Opinion

On petition for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

The motion for leave to proceed further in forma pauperis is denied for the reason that the Court, upon examination of the papers herein submitted, finds that the application for writ of certiorari was not filed within the time provided by law. Section 8 (a), Act of February 13,1925 (43 Stat. 936,940). The petition for writ of certiorari is therefore also denied.
