Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Jorge F. Peguero appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Assuming arguendo that appellant has made a sufficient showing to avoid the time bar, we conclude that the motion is without merit.

Affirmed.
