Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This appeal involves a question of whether control of the administrative affairs of the police department of the City of Homestead is reposed in the mayor or the city manager. The matter in controversy in this cause has been set at rest and become moot by a more recent change in the city’s charter which became effective December 10, 1963. Accordingly, this appeal should ba and hereby is dismissed.

It is so ordered.
