Opinion

This action was brought by plaintiffs to recover damages by reason of the breach of contract by defendant to employ plaintiffs as exclusive agents for the sale and distribution of defendant’s products in a designated area. Questions of fact are presented as to the meaning of the contract and as to its duration and defendant is not entitled to summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $25 costs and disbursements. All concur.
