Page v. Torrey, 20 | 201 F.3d 1136, 1140 (9" Cir. 2000) 21 In the instant action, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 22 | 7). Examination of these documents reveals that Plaintiff is unable to afford the costs of this 93 | action. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF 24 | No. 7) is granted.
