CURTIS WARREN, No. 2:20-cv-0127 TLN CKD P Plaintiff, v. FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS KELLY KANWAR SINGH, et al., Defendants. On November 23, 2021, plaintiff was granted until December 27, 2021 to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff was warned that failure to file an amended complaint would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
