The magistrate judge found that further leave to amend was futile because the 21 Court informed Plaintiff of the relevant legal standards, and Plaintiff did not cure the deficiencies 22 previously identified. (Id. at 6-7.) Therefore, the magistrate judge recommended dismissal “for 23 Plaintiff’s failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.” (Id. at 7.) 24 The Court served these Findings and Recommendations on Plaintiff and notified him at 25 that any objections were due within 14 days. (Doc. 17 at 7.) The Court advised him that the 26 “failure to file any objections within the specified time may result in the waiver of certain rights 27 on appeal.” (Id., citing Wilkerson v. Wheeler, 772 F.3d 834, 838-39 (9th Cir. 2014).)
