FORTY-FIVE (45) DAY DEADLINE 15 16 Plaintiff is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed under 17 || Bivens v. Six Unknown Fed. Narcotics Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). Plaintiff has not paid the 18 | $402.00 filing fee or submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 19 | § 1915. 20 Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, within forty-five (45) days from the date of service of 21 | this Order, Plaintiff shall prepay the $402.00 filing fee in full OR submit the attached application 22 | to proceed in forma pauperis, completed and signed.
