SEAN JEFFREY RICHSON-BEY, No. 1:21-cv-01294-NODJ-SAB (PC) Plaintiff, ORDER DIRECTING CLERK OF COURT TO TERMINATE ACTION PURSUANT TO v. PLAINTIFF’S NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL R. MORENO, et al., (ECF No. 47) Defendants. Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On January 12, 2024, Plaintiff filed a notice to voluntary dismiss the action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41. (ECF No. 47.) On January 17, 2024, Defendants filed a statement of non-opposition. (ECF No. 49.) In light of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i); Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is HEREBY ORDERED to CLOSE the file in this case and adjust the docket to reflect voluntary dismissal of this action pursuant to Rule 41 (a). ITIS SO ORDERED.
