Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). 16 On March 11, 2021, the Court sent Plaintiff a regular civil in forma pauperis application, 17 directed Plaintiff to complete and submit the form or pay the $402.00 filing fee within thirty days. 18 (ECF No. 4.) Plaintiff has failed to comply with the order and the time to so has now passed. 19 Accordingly, within fourteen (14) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall show 20 cause why this action should not be dismissed.
