ORDER AND FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS 14 RAYMOND BRADFORD, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 By order filed January 20, 2022, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave 18 to file an amended complaint was granted. On February 8, 2022, plaintiff was informed that the 19 filing of the notice of amendment form, standing alone, was insufficient, and was reminded that 20 his amended complaint was due February 20, 2022. (ECF No. 12.) On February 24, 2022, the 21 order was re-served on plaintiff.1 Thirty days from that date have now passed, and plaintiff has 22 not filed an amended complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s order. 23 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is 24 directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 25

Such a document should be captioned 7 || “Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations.” Plaintiff is advised that 8 | failure to file objections within the specified time may waive the right to appeal the District 9 || Court’s order.
