THIBODEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Baton Rouge Home Health Corporation v. Dolon J. Lemoine and Allstate Insurance Company, Docket No. 93-1652, the judgment of the trial court dismissing the demands of Baton Rouge Home Health Care Corporation is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed against Baton Rouge Home Health Corporation.

AFFIRMED.
