Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Graham Paye was the plaintiff and counter-defendant in a divorce action below and appeals that portion of the final decree in which the lower court awarded custody of the child to the defendant and counter-plaintiff, Helen L. Paye.

We have read the briefs of the parties and the testimony adduced below and find no error in the trial judge’s decision.

Affirmed.

ALLEN, Acting C. J., WHITE, J., and WILLIS, ROBERT, Associate Judge, concur.
