Opinion
the president pronounced the opinion of the Court that the decree be affirmed. After-wards, viz. December 20th, the cause was reconsidered on Botts’ motion, and argued by him and Williams ; but on Wednesday, the 19th of February, 1812, the decree was again affirmed.
