WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama, 459 So.2d 883, in its decision rendered on September 28, 1984, the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County denying plaintiffs motion for a new trial in this ease is hereby re[884]*884versed and set aside. The cause is remanded to said court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
