Opinion

The Chancellor.

Under the circumstances of this- case, I think it will be proper -to direct a monthly allowance of $12, to be computed from the-first day of May last, and to continue till the further order of the court, to be paid by the defendant to the complainant, monthly; two months allowance to be paid on the first day of July next; and the payment of the further surn of $50 to the complainant or her solicitor, towards defraying the charges of the suit, on her part.

Order accordingly.
