In re: Liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Company, Limited applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge, 277 So.2d 451.

Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in the judgment complained of.

BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. DIXON, J., dissents from refusal.
