FINAL JUDGMENT THE COURT, having issued the Memorandum Opinion and Order, (Doc. 35), enters this Judgment in compliance with Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Shalala v. Schaefer, 509 U.S. 292 (1993). Plaintiffs Motion to Reverse and Remand, with Supporting Memorandum, (Doc. 21), shall be DENIED. This case is therefore DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS SO ORDERED.
