After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

BURKE, Judge.

Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s holding in Ex parte Parker, 136 So.3d 1092 (Ala.2013), Jermaine Lavar Parker’s conviction for conspiracy to commit a controlled-substance crime is reversed and a judgment rendered in favor of Parker.

REVERSED AND JUDGMENT RENDERED.

WINDOM, P.J., and WELCH, KELLUM, and JOINER, JJ., concur.
