Opinion
Reversed. We believe the trial court erred in denying appellant’s petition for trust payments in accord with the provisions of Sections 738.04 and 738.12, Florida Statutes (1981). See In re Will of Bowen, 240 So.2d 318 (Fla. 3d DCA 1970).
