Per Curiam.

The careful opinion of Mr. Justice Churchill rendered in this case renders it entirely unnecessary for us to add anything thereto upon this appeal, and for the reasons stated by him we think that the order appealed from should be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
