In re: W. L. Bailey, Jr., d/b/a A-l Cabinet Works, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 192 So.2d 831.

Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in the judgment complained of.

SANDERS, J., is of the opinion a writ should be granted to resolve the apparent conflict between this case and City of Baton Rouge v. Allen, La.App., 106 So.2d 740.
