Opinion

—-Appeal from an order denying appellant’s motion (1) to be relieved from the terms and effect of a stipulation entered into by the parties and by their attorneys, in open court, dismissing the complaint in an action for separation brought by appellant, without prejudice, and (2) to restore the action to the Special Term calendar for trial. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
