Opinion

In a proceeding to compel a new Democratic Party primary election to be held for designation of a candidate for the public office of Member of Congress for the 15th Congressional District, Kings County, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered September 25, 1974, which dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Shapiro, Acting P. J., Cohalan, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
