MORROW, P. J.

The. conviction is for the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year. A plea of guilty was entered. Proof was made of the offense. The trial appears regular. There are no bills of exceptions in the record. The judgment is affirmed.
