PER CURIAM.

The petition seeking a belated appeal of the order denying defendant’s fourth motion for jail credit, rendered on or about August 23, 2010, in Wakulla County Circuit Court case numbers 06-0438 and 07-0104, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate, a copy of this opinion shall be furnished to the clerk of the lower tribunal for treatment as a notice of appeal.
