The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 18th day of February 2004 by Appellee for Allotment of Time for Oral Argument:

"Motion Allowed. The UNC Hospitals and UNC Physicians will have 10 minutes of the total 60 minutes of oral argument time. The Plaintiff Appellant and Defendant Appellees (Jackson and Companion Property and Casualty) shall have 25 minutes of oral argument time each. By order of the Court in conference this the 4th day of March 2004."
