Opinion

Order unanimously modified to provide that after defendant has made available to plaintiff or his agents all of the books and records of the partnership business, the plaintiff shall have a reasonable time within which to specify the items of the account to which plaintiff objects, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Glennon, Dore and Callahan, JJ.
