ON MOTION FOR REVIEW OF CONDITION IMPOSED ON STAY

PER CURIAM.

Palm Beach County seeks review of an order of the trial court setting a condition for stay of the final judgment presently pending on appeal.

We have considered the motion and response and heard oral argument thereon and, finding no abuse of discretion, the order being reviewed is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
