Motion for a stay granted on condition that the appellants procure the record on appeal and appellants’ points to be served and filed on or before October 26, 1961, with notice of argument for November 8, 1961, said appeal to be argued or submitted when reached, and on the further condition that the tenant’s rights under the order of October 17, 1960 be continued.
