In re: A. Giambelluca Construction Co., Inc. and Employers’ Liab. Assurance Corp. Ltd. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans, 294 So.2d 925.
Writ granted in part; judgment is now entered affirming the per curiam which corrected the original judgment of the Court of Appeal. Otherwise the writ is denied, the result is correct.
