Action in ejectment brought by the plaintiff father - against the defendants, his sons and daughters-in-law, in respect of a parcel of property in Huntington, L. I. Plaintiff appeals from so much of the judgment as dismissed the complaint on the merits at the close of the entire case. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ.
