Opinion
We affirm the order of dismissal without prejudice for appellant to raise, in the re-coupment proceeding pending now in Bro-ward County, the claims he makes in his petition for modification. See generally §§ 409.2564(4)(a)-(d), Fla. Stat. (1996).
Affirmed.
