Opinion
— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by negligence on the part of defendants in the operation of their respective automobiles, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 15, 1959, in favor of the defendants, after a jury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Ughetta, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
