Sentence adjudged 11 December 2023 by a general court-martial con- vened at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, consisting of a military judge sit- ting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, con- finement for twelve months, forfeiture of $1,278.00 pay per month for 12 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
