Ordered that the said motion be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Indian River County, Florida, on March 14, 1962, be and the same is hereby dismissed.

The motion for extension of time within which to file assignments of error and within which to file and serve the brief of appellant is denied.
