Opinion
Upon the appropriate confession of error by the Department of Children and Families, we grant the petition for writ of certiorari and quash the order below. We remand for entry of an appropriate order by the trial court pursuant to Florida statutes. No rehearing will be entertained by the Court, and the mandate shall issue immediately.
