ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME
Upon consideration of the Appellees’ Unopposed Motion for Extension of
Time in which to file their Answering Brief, and for good cause appearing, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Motion is granted, and Appellees shall have until
May 27, 2024, to file their answering brief.
1 Kendra Lassiter is improperly named in this appeal, as the district court denied Appellant’s motion to amend the underlying complaint to substitute Lassiter (D.C. Doc. 122) and that order was not appealed.
