Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s finding that O.T. committed a delinquent act by jointly possessing contraband quaaludes upon the binding authority of Brown v. State, 428 So.2d 250 (Fla.), cert. denied, — U.S. -, 103 S.Ct. 3541, 77 L.Ed.2d 1391 (1983), and cases cited therein, and remand with directions to discharge.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
