Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. AH concur, except Edgcomb, J., who dissents and votes for reversal on the facts and for granting a new trial. (The judgment is for plaintiff in an action upon two life insurance policies. The order denies motion for a new trial upon the minutes.) Present —- Sears, P.
