Aetiori for a declaratory judgment that a zoning ordinance of the Village of East Hampton, adopted May 19, 1925, as amended, is unconstitutional as confiscatory of plaintiff’s property. Judgment dismissing the complaint unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Aldrich and Nolan, JJ.
