PER CURIAM.

Within five days from the date of entry of this order the petition for certiorari, and all records, briefs and other papers herein shall be transferred to the District Court of Appeal, Third District, for consideration and disposition. This order is entered in accord with our opinion in Star Employment Service, Inc., v. Florida Industrial Commission, 122 So.2d 174.
