Action for an accounting to the defendant corporation and for other relief. Order denying plaintiff’s motion for a stay of the annual stockholders’ meeting affirmed, without costs. The meeting is directed to be held at the same hour and place on March 9, 1942. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
