Opinion

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

In accordance with the mandate of the Supreme Court entered April 10, 1981, 402 So.2d 980, the decision of this court entered July 9, 1980, 402 So.2d 978, is set aside and it is the judgment of the court that the judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment to the defendant be and the same is hereby reversed and the case is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

BRADLEY and HOLMES, JJ., concur.
