Pursuant to the December 30, 2019 referral notice from the United States Court of 3 15 || Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Court finds that the appeal is frivolous and therefore leave to 16 proceed in forma pauperis on appeal is DENIED and plaintiff's in forma pauperis status is 5 17 REVOKED. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3); Hooker v. American Airlines, 302 F.3d 1091, 1092 (9th 5 1g || Cir. 2002). This case remains closed.
