Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of certiorari and quash the order denying a motion to strike a claim for punitive damages. The motion should have been granted. See Kraft General Foods, Inc. v. Rosenblum, 635 So.2d 106 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).

CERTIORARI GRANTED; ORDER QUASHED.
