Opinion

In re: Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. and Travelers Ins. Co. applying for Certiorari or Writ of Review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans, 290 So. 2d 353.

Application denied, there is no- error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. The rule of Gas-pard v. Lemaire applies both ways.
