LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction for selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, 1½ years in the penitentiary. There appears in the record an affidavit in proper form made by the appellant requesting that his appeal be dismissed. The application is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, at the request of the appellant.
