Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The judge of compensation claims did not have jurisdiction to decide appellee’s claim for “full pay status” pursuant to section 440.15(12), Florida Statutes (1995). See Williams v. City of Ft. Walton Beach, 691 So.2d 580 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997). Accordingly, we reverse the order on appeal and remand this case to the judge of compensation claims with directions that it be dismissed.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

ERVIN, KAHN and BENTON, JJ., concur.
